Malvasia 2015
White IGT - Istrian Malvasia100%, Alc. 14.5%, Bottles produced 5,500 Amber yellow color. The nose opens on pastry scents with prevalent caramelized notes. Followed by hints of citrus and spices with mineral notes. Enveloping sip, with well-balanced freshness, savory. Long and elegant persistence finish with a touch of refined sapidity. It ferments with the skins in conical oak vats for 60 to 90 days. It rests in 20 and 30 hl barrels for 23 months then 6 months in the bottle.
Ribolla Gialla 2016
White IGT - Ribolla Gialla 100%, Alc. 13.5%, Bottles produced 9,400 Bright golden color. On the nose elegant fruity aromas of yellow peach, apple, acacia flowers, followed by delicate hints of aromatic herbs and mineral notes. On the palate it is savory and refined, with perfectly integrated soft tannins. Persistent finish on mineral notes that give a sip liveliness and depth to the sip. It rests in 20 and 30 hl barrels for 23 months. Refines in the bottle for 6 months.
