Collimarini 2016
White IGT Passito - Malvasia 60%, Chardonnay 20%, Sauvignon 20%, Alc. 12.5%, 1300 bottles produced.
Bright antique gold color. On the nose the sweet essences of apricot, peach jam, wildflower honey, to conclude with white chocolate and coffee, sage and candied orange. On the palate it is sweet and enveloping with a persistent finish. Rest for 7 months in barrique with 2nd passage.

White IGT Passito - Malvasia 70%, Sauvignon 30%, Alc. 12.5%, 1000 bottles produced. Bright amber color. On the nose, peanut butter, caramelized apricots and tobacco flavors stand out. Following vanilla, chocolate nougat. On the sip it is fresh and balanced, with a long persistence. Aged 7 months in barrique.
