Pietradolce

The Faro family is committed to the protection of nature around the Etna volcano. The philosophy of this company was to interpret the territory by putting science at the service of nature. In this case it was decided to restructure the existing vineyards in the period prior to the abandoned phylloxera. This allows us to have a rare testimony of the wine before the grafts. Pietradolce wines age in cellars with walls insulated with volcanic stone, in particular egg-shaped barrels.
