The Bortolomiol family, which has always been attentive to environmental and social sustainability issues, has chosen to combine the world of wine with that of art, creating the first international artist residence. The result is an installation in the Filandetta park. In the heart of Valdobbiadene in a recovered spinning mill from the early 1900s, from which guests can enjoy a unique view of the organic vineyard and works of art. Here you can taste all the nuances of their DOCG organic prosecco.

Prosecco Superiore shores of San Pietro 2016
Glera 30%, White DOCG, Alc. 12%, 7,995 bottles produced
Brilliant bright and frothy straw yellow. On the nose, fragrances of citrus, golden apple, plum, white peach and bread crust are released. It continues on a fusion of aromatic herbs and sinuous minerality.
On the palate it is full, fresh, savory and elegant, with a rich persistence.

Glera 30%, White DOCG, Alc. 12%, 7,995 bottles produced
Delicate straw yellow. Intense aromas of hawthorn and acacia, then pineapple, white plum and golden apple open to the nose.
On the palate it is elegant, full, with a freshness that enhances a persuasive aromatic outfit. The mineral note is also interesting, which with its flavor enhances the pleasant taste. The finish is long and subtle.
