Cirò Rosso Superiore Neruda 2016
Red DOP - Gaglioppo 90%, Merlot 10%, Alc. 14%, Bottles produced 15,000. Slightly garnet ruby color. On the nose there are sultanas, dates, fruit in alcohol and carob beans. Floral and chocolate potpourri follow. Pleasant, balanced sip, with refined tannins and a persistent finish. Matures 18 months in steel.
Aeternum 2017
Red IGP Cabernet Sauvignon 25%, Gaglioppo 25%, Merlot 25%, Syrah 25% Alc. 14%, 7000 bottles produced. Transparent and bright ruby color. The nose opens with currants, blackberries in jam and follows with black pepper and cloves. On the final hints of coffee and leather. Rich and satisfying sip with a long and persistent finish. It ferments in steel for 18 months and refines 3 months in the bottle.
