Soave Classico Vigneto Sengialta 2015
Garganega 70% Trebbiano di Soave 30%, White DOC, Alc. 13.5%, bottles produced 5,000
Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose opens with aromas of gardenia, broom, sage, rosemary, and then turns on peach, mango and grapefruit fruits.
On the palate it is fresh, savory and elegant.
Matures 12 months in large 20-hectolitre barrels.

Garganega 100%, White DOC, Alc. 14%, 2,000 bottles produced
Amber color. Spicy nose, hints of candied apricot and pineapple. In a second moment hints of raisins, caramelized almonds and cotton candy enter to finish with hints of honey.
On the palate it is fresh, soft and refined. Balanced and harmonious with savory tones. Very long persistence. Withering of the grapes for 5 months, fermentation in steel and maturation for 8 months in oak barrels.
